Born in Rome, she studied photography in Milan with Maria Pia Vecchi, of whom she has was both student and collaborator for many years. She then moved to New York, where she continued her research. Her photographs, a visual diary of numerous travels, record reflections and thoughts on life, habits and actions, grasping humanity with empathy. Her works have been published and on view in national and international exhibitions.
