The photos were taken by the author's grandfather, they were in a sand-colored box, wonderful photos of her family, almost lost. Some were loose and others wrapped in small packages that she decided to keep closed. They were all so different from how she remembered them: they seemed so happy, as if the story wasn't what she imagined it would be.
How can reality be so different from the one built by her memory? Between silences, secrets and forgetfulness there are many stories and with them Argentinian photographer Lorena Guillen Vaschetti can rebuild her own.
