Born in Rome in 1970, he grew up in Sicily. He began his career in 1995 in New York, where he joined the PIER59 studio mainly oriented on the themes of fashion and glamor. There he collaborated with several American agencies and newspapers. Throughout the years, his photographic interests have shifted towards social issues. His work has been published in various national and international newspapers, including Geo, Stern, New York Times, Newsweek, Time, Life, Vanity Fair, The Guardian, El Pais, Sportweek, GQ, and has been exhibited in solo exhibitions and photography festivals, both in Italy and abroad.
