
(Zara, 1966) He started working in photography in the late 1980s, as contributor to Dalmatian newspapers and magazines. In 1993 he moved to Italy. Since 1995 he has been living in Bologna, where he carries on an intense activity that sees him collaborating as a freelance with agencies, as a teacher with photography schools; he exhibits his works in different spaces. In 2006 he won the first prize at FotoLeggendo photography festival in Rome with the portfolio Frammenti di un ricordo, the result of post-production in the darkroom of some shots from the war years. Since 2002 he has been organizing workshops in the islands of Croatia, choosing as the setting for his classes remote places far from tourist flows, where the signs of recent Balkan events are visible.
